'‘SOUND OF RAIN' frames a tiny plane through an aircraft window, set against layers of pink, peach and yellow that transform the sky into a soft field of colour. The warm tones and thick texture create an almost dreamlike view, capturing the beauty of watching another plane pass by from high above the ground.

The title plays on the expression "with flying colours", traditionally associated with success and achievement. Here, it takes on a literal meaning, celebrating both the colours of the sky and the feeling of moving forward, rising higher and coming out the other side.
